Account Setup Guide

Customize your Postle.io account to fit your needs. Learn how to manage your profile, configure notifications, and secure your account.

All account settings can be found in the Settings page. You can access it anytime by clicking your profile picture in the dashboard header.

Profile Settings

Manage your personal information and profile picture

Update Your Profile Information

Keep your profile up to date with your current name, email, and business information.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Profile
  2. Update your display name, email address, or business name
  3. Click "Save Changes" to apply your updates

Upload a Profile Picture

Add a profile picture to personalize your account. Your profile picture appears in the dashboard header and any team collaboration features.

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Click "Upload Avatar" or click on your current avatar
  3. Select an image from your device (JPG, PNG, or WebP)
  4. Crop and adjust your image as needed
  5. Click "Save" to update your profile picture

For best results, use a square image at least 256x256 pixels. Profile pictures are displayed as circles, so centered headshots work best.

Change Your Email Address

If you need to change your account email, you can do so in the profile settings.

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Click "Change Email"
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Verify your current password
  5. Confirm the change via email sent to both your old and new addresses

Email Verification Required

When you change your email address, you'll need to verify the new address before it becomes active. Until verified, you can still log in with your old email.
